Job summary

Waterstone Human Capital is seeking a leader to drive the development of technical products and AI-enabled workflows in Salt Lake City. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, translating founder vision into actionable plans and coordinating with software, data, and external partners.

You will guide multi-stream delivery, mitigate risks early, and ensure accountability through delivery. This role emphasizes strong leadership and ownership in a startup-like environment with local on-site

Responsibilities

Location: Salt Lake City / Cottonwood Heights, Utah

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 total cash compensation, including base salary and performance bonus

Working directly with an innovative founder, you will turn ambitious ideas and business needs into clear plans, coordinated technical work, and delivered solutions. You will be the conductor across software, AI, connected products, internal stakeholders, and outside specialists—creating structure, maintaining momentum, and ensuring the pieces come together.
