Job Description

The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world’s leading AI innovators. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. Someone who brings clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and alignment where there are competing priorities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
  • Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.
  • Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Bias for action and doesn’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to move a program forward.
  • Technical foundation that allows you to quickly absorb the complexities of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and emerging GPU/AI infrastructure.
  • Work across large organizations and bring people together around shared goals.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, learn fast, and approach AI infrastructure with curiosity.
  • Thrive in a space that is fast-moving, cross-cutting, and deeply collaborative.
Qualifications
