Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead GCIB Risk initiatives in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role (3–4 days onsite) is a 12-month W2 contract requiring USC or GC eligibility.

You will partner with tech and business teams to drive risk-focused projects, manage plans and dependencies, and communicate status to leadership, while coordinating with Java, Oracle, and MongoDB environments in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience supporting technology risk initiatives.
• Experience with vulnerability management.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with development teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services experience.

Responsibilities

Matlen Silver is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support technology risk initiatives within Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB). This role will work closely with technology teams, development teams, and business stakeholders to manage project delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology risk projects throughout the project lifecycle
