Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic technology and operational transformation initiatives within Service Operations in Augusta, GA. The role will drive multiple concurrent programs across technology, process, and organizational domains, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with product teams, engineers and stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions, develop roadmaps and governance, and manage risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, systems integration, and enterprise applications.
  • Proven success driving business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.

  • Identify and eliminate duplicate processes, tools, and activities across functions.
  • Lead efforts to simplify workflows, standardize practices, and reduce operational complexity.
  • Use data, metrics, and stakeholder insights to prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Lead organizational change efforts that drive adoption and sustained business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex program challenges.
  • Establish clear success measures and business outcomes for all initiatives.

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $86,600.00 - USD $161,600.00 / Year*



  • Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
