Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for AWS Worldwide Public Sector Engineering (WWPSE). You will own outcomes, embedding with sales leaders to drive engineering across government, healthcare, education priorities, delivering AI-powered solutions at scale.

You'll partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Engineering, shaping strategy, managing end-to-end engagements, and mentoring peers while delivering reusable patterns that accelerate customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cross-functional decision making among stakeholders with competing goals.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate vertical direction and shape strategy with early engineering involvement.
• Own engineering engagements end-to-end from qualification to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, scoping, and tradeoffs to own the technical outcome.
• Drive co-build execution with AWS Service Teams and Partners using AI to accelerate delivery.
• Keep leadership updated on investments, outcomes, and impact.
