Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program, overseeing design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems. You will ensure technical excellence, align with customer requirements, and comply with security constraints in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a secure setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Federal Government enterprise system management
Experience across full engineering lifecycle
Ability to explain complex problems simply
Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applications
Experience with microservices architectures
Experience designing cloud-based solutions
Experience architecting for Salesforce and ServiceNow
Experience developing or supporting complex technical solutions
Must have TS/SCI w/FSP Day 1

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical authority for a classified program, overseeing design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions
Ensure technical excellence and alignment with customer requirements while complying with security and program constraints
Provide strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise in a fast-paced, highly secure environment
Collaborate with teams and clients in a fully on-site setting five days a week
