Job summary

Calance is seeking a Technical Program Lead to coordinate manufacturing quality-system initiatives across North American sites. The role drives planning, governance, and releases, partnering with Quality, IS, EA, and manufacturing stakeholders.

On-site in Georgetown, KY, the position supports ISS+, QDMS, and Oracle-to-Postgres transitions. The candidate will manage program plans, escalation of risks, and executive communications while ensuring timely delivery of deployments and governance

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour (W2 Only)

Must be LOCAL or willing to RELOCATE at your own expense*

This is role is 100% ONSITE, no remote work offered

Technical Program Lead – Manufacturing Quality Systems coordinates the planning, governance, implementation, and ongoing support of regional quality-system initiatives across North American manufacturing companies. The role serves as a central connection point among Quality, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, database, data, finance, communications, Agile delivery, and manufacturing-site stakeholders. This position supports major initiatives including ISS+, QDMS, North American Hoshin activities, Oracle-to-Postgres transition, system releases, infrastructure readiness, and future quality-system development. It maintains integrated program plans, coordinates deployment and change-control activities, raises and resolves impediments, supports business planning and budgeting, and communicates program status to working teams and leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Other Requirements:

• 25% - Travel Domestic and International (Canada)
• 10% - Overtime, works weekends, off shift, and holidays as needed
• Will be required to wear Steel Toes shoes
