Calance is seeking a Technical Program Lead to coordinate manufacturing quality-system initiatives across North American sites. The role drives planning, governance, and releases, partnering with Quality, IS, EA, and manufacturing stakeholders.

On-site in Georgetown, KY, the position supports ISS+, QDMS, and Oracle-to-Postgres transitions. The candidate will manage program plans, escalation of risks, and executive communications while ensuring timely delivery of deployments and governance

Formación

• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong planning, status reporting, issue management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience organizing/facilitating meetings involving technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities across geographically distributed organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining Jira epics, project records, dashboards, or equivalent program-management tools.
