What You Will Do

• Participate in RFP responses and use customer applications to generate and interpret data.
• Apply product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Perform field tests and conduct troubleshooting on issues requiring alternative courses of action.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of technical principles of products.
• Use set guidelines or procedures to solve problems and communicate well.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Practical computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
• History of autonomy and self‑motivation in a field environment.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to multi‑task.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at chest height.
• Role may be safety‑sensitive and subject to employer or customer drug testing.
