Job summary

The Toro Company’s American Augers division in West Salem, Ohio is seeking a forklift operator. The role involves checking part location and inventory, and moving parts with a forklift or hoist. The position offers first shift hours and potential overtime.

Starting wage is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with forklift experience or certification preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

• Reading, clerical, and basic math skills required; ability to follow written instructions and record transactions accurately.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and/or certification preferred. Open to train.
• Have appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills. This includes the ability to understand written instructions, record transactions accurately, and perform basic calculations.
