Job summary

The Kurt J Lesker Company (KJLC) seeks a Technical Product Specialist to support our Vac Mart Division. You’ll become the go-to expert for product lines and partner with sales and customers to deliver multi-product solutions.

Reporting to the Business Segment Manager, you’ll train the sales team, engage with customers and suppliers, and collaborate with product managers across quality, development, and ERP data. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and directly engage with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data.
• Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Work cross-functionally with departments like Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Assist in identifying new applications and market opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
