Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Technical Product Owner to lead the enterprise data platform, driving DataOps and MLOps adoption across the organization. You will guide strategy, development, and operations while mentoring a skilled data platform team.

You will influence data governance, security, and cost-management practices and partner with business units to deliver scalable analytics capabilities. This role is pivotal for modernizing data workflows in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in information technology, software/application development, data platforms, or product ownership.
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience with Python and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, cloud platforms, and data management concepts.
• Experience with DataOps technologies such as Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar tools.
• Experience with machine learning deployment, workflow automation, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Role Summary

Salary

$100,590.00 - $172,440.00 per year.

Salary and Pay Transparency
