Job summary

RAZR is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead product and development efforts for our SaaS platform. You will serve as the SME, translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, and ensure work delivers maximum business value.

You will write user stories, manage the backlog, collaborate with designers and engineers, and guide agile teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership or related roles, strong API and data integration experience, and a passion for

Qualifications

5+ years as Product Owner/BA/PM in software development.
Experience in Agile environments collaborating with engineering teams.
Strong API, security, OAuth/JWT knowledge.
Experience with ETL, data exchanges, and third‑party APIs.
Familiarity with microservices and API contracts.
Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and messaging systems.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Determine requirements with internal stakeholders and clients.
Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Own the backlog and work with scrum teams to deliver features.
Collaborate with product managers, operations, and development to address issues.
Guide teams 30% in scrum and 70% ahead to refine requirements.
Help manage trade-offs between cost, schedule and business value.
Contribute to the product vision with Product Manager.
Maintain knowledge of customer projects to inform product requirements.
Collaborate with designers and developers to create great user experiences.
Document and manage user stories and expected outcomes.
Prioritize issues based on business value.
