Job summary

RAZR Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Owner to support product and development teams as the SME and business analyst for our SaaS platform Fibonacci.

You will protect the product vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure delivery delivers maximum business value. You will collaborate with product managers, operations, and developers to assess needs and propose appropriate solutions, guiding agile teams and maintaining a strong link to customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager in software development environments.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), including authentication (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable, technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal stakeholders and clients to determine requirements.
• Writes user stories that provide clear direction for the development team on new features and products.
• Owns the scrum team enhancement backlog and collaborates with development teams to deliver features.
• Coordinates with product managers, operations, and development to address product needs and propose solutions.
• Guides one or more agile scrum teams, balancing time in sprint with upstream planning to refine requirements.
• Contributes to trade-off discussions between cost, schedule, and business/client benefit.
• Acts as a heavy contributor to execution against an aggressive roadmap.
