You will lead a cross-functional product and IT team, shape technology standards, and ensure delivery across the SDLC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industry, 3-5 years in product/IT management, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably within financial services.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or IT Manager.
• Experience developing business applications using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to SLAs for all customer-facing and critical internal systems.
• Ensure team adherence to company programming standards and controls.
• Support system implementations.
• Stay current on key technology developments that may impact or improve managed products.
• Act as a liaison between managed products and other areas within IT.
• Direct, organize, supervise, and assist product staff, including reviewing and improving operating policies, implementing new procedures, and making personnel decisions (hiring, development, performance ratings, promotions, transfers, terminations).
• Apply Agile processes and principles as needed to support delivery.

Technical Product Owner Manager Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or IT Manager.
• Experience developing business applications using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
