Adaptive Solutions Group seeks a Product Manager to define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for enterprise technology solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, engineering and leadership to deliver business value, gather feedback, manage lifecycle from discovery to enhancement, and align teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and software life cycles.
• Experience in Agile, iterative or hybrid environments.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable requirements.

Product Manager

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities for enterprise technology solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and technical leaders to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful business value.
• Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to drive product direction and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage products throughout the lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Prioritize features, initiatives, and dependencies based on business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to prepare and refine work for planning activities and product execution.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and key success metrics to inform future investment and roadmap decisions.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on product goals and outcomes.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities while helping teams maintain focus on value delivery.
• Develop presentations, product updates, business cases, and communications for stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, compliance, and data teams to ensure product requirements are aligned with organizational standards.
• Utilize customer insights, business data, and market feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working in Agile, iterative, or hybrid product delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and effectively manage multiple initiatives.
• User-centric mindset with strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operational stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications related to Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile methodologies, or Scrum practices.
• Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and product portfolio management practices.
• Knowledge of product performance measurement, KPI development, and outcome-based product management.
• Experience facilitating prioritization, roadmap planning, and strategic product discussions.
