Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership, software engineering, or business analysis within Agile environments.
• Experience translating complex business needs into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Healthcare, financial services, or data-intensive industries preferred.
• Familiarity with .NET and SQL Server is a plus.
• Certifications such as CSPO or POPM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Own and maintain the technical backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align goals with strategy and standards.
• Prioritize backlog to balance features, debt reduction, and performance improvements.
• Ensure backlog visibility and understanding across the team.
• Work with engineering on sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
• Be the primary contact for clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with architects to validate design and implementation decisions.
• Understand system integrations, APIs, data models, and platform dependencies.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support DevOps, cloud optimization (Azure), and automation to boost velocity.
