Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Owner experience.
• Approximately 3 years supporting technical products, engineering teams, or IT.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with product metrics and measuring adoption or outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog for internal technical and platform products.
• Translate engineering and stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to roadmaps across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and developer tooling.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Solutions Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams.
• Gather feedback from internal teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Help drive self-service tooling and automation to reduce manual support.
• Track platform adoption, productivity, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Communicate priorities, roadmap decisions, and progress across technical stakeholders.
