Saransh Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Owner III in Louisville, KY on a hybrid schedule.

The role focuses on maximizing value from internal platform products by translating engineering needs into prioritized backlog items and working within the US Solutions Architecture team. You will collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and brand/enterprise teams to balance priorities, enable self-service, and drive platform adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in product management or technical product ownership.
• Approximately 3 years of experience building technical products for engineers (developers/IT teams).
• Experience owning and managing a product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Experience with user research, requirements gathering, and translating needs into deliverables.
• Familiarity with product metrics and measuring adoption or outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the product roadmap for internal developer platforms (CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, automation).
• Own and manage the product backlog, translating customer needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track and report product metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
• Communicate product updates, prioritization decisions, and progress to stakeholders.
• Support planning, intake, and capacity management for platform initiatives.
