The Nuclear Planner 4 is responsible for developing comprehensive work packages and planning activities for nuclear plant operations. This role requires 15+ years of nuclear planning experience, expertise in nuclear work package development, deep technical knowledge of plant systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (NRC, INPO, ASME, IEEE). Responsibilities include detailed work package creation, work order planning, job walks, material and labor identification, technical coordination with operations/maintenance/engineering, outage planning support, regulatory compliance, and ensuring configuration management. Supported by skills in technical excellence, attention to detail, communication, analytical thinking, collaboration, and process knowledge. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, multi-facility experience, background in operations/maintenance/engineering, senior planner experience, PWR/BWR familiarity, and Maintenance Rule knowledge.
