Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can rapidly understand Baseten products and explain them clearly to ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.

You will own positioning, lead launches, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. The role rewards technical fluency, writing excellence, and the ability to move across product lines in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Able to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear messaging for engineers and buyers.
• Proven track record marketing to developers/engineers and technical buyers.
• Develop launch assets and enablement materials for multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training, post-training, and core platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure accuracy of claims and alignment with architecture and roadmap.
• Keep product messaging consistent with Baseten's platform narrative across products.
• Write credible messaging without over-technical detail.
• Lead launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement to external announcement.
• Create launch assets: messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blogs, demos, decks, FAQs.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
• Track competitive landscape and develop POVs to sharpen positioning and messaging.
