Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a related engineering field.
• Aptitude to rapidly grasp technical knowledge of assigned product.
• Ability to troubleshoot products and perform failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications support to Customers and Channel Representatives.
• Support for technical returns, includes failure evaluation and co-ordination.
• Provide field support and product training to Inside Sales and Service Centers.
