Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technical Product Manager for Screening, Profiling & Inventory to lead molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities. This role partners with scientists, tech teams, and vendors to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions within Therapeutics Discovery.

The successful candidate will translate scientific needs into technology strategies and drive DMTA-aligned product investments while collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Scientific Informatics, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with scientific and technology stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and technology solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technology strategy supporting molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics capabilities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to scientific priorities, business objectives, and enterprise technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities to modernize scientific workflows through automation, digital technologies, data capabilities, and emerging technology approaches.
• Lead delivery of technology initiatives supporting the product domain.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
