Someone who can listen to customers, understand what they really need, envision practical solutions, and translate those ideas into clear specifications our developers can execute. Applicants must be located within two hours of Indianapolis or Lafayette, Indiana.

What You'll Do

• Help shape the future of our telematics and IoT platform.
• Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities.
• Translate ideas into product concepts, workflows, mockups, and developer-ready specifications.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, specifications, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with developers and validate completed features with customers.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, systems development, or a related field.
• Experience with IoT, telematics, connected equipment, or products combining hardware and software.
• Understanding of how devices, firmware, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud systems interact.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer requirements into features developers successfully build.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your professional work.
• Strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

You’ll work directly with customers, developers, and company leadership. You’ll have meaningful input into product decisions and the opportunity to see your ideas become real solutions.

You won’t be writing production code or managing a large team. You’ll be helping determine what we build, why we build it, and whether it solves the customer's problem.
