Job summary

WIN Reality, LLC is hiring a Technical Product Manager in Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA. You will own the next generation of sports data products, working with computer vision, AI, and sensor data to deliver valuable insights for athletes and coaches.

You’ll collaborate with engineering teams across CV, AI, hardware, and cloud to define what we build and ensure on-time delivery, shipping data products that meet real-world performance and adoption goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management on technical products.
• Engineering background in CS or EE or related field.
• Working fluency in computer vision and ML concepts.
• Program management across hardware and software teams.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Austin or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for WIN’s data products: ball and player tracking, swing and pitch metrics, and AI-driven insights.
• Write detailed technical requirements covering accuracy, latency, data schemas, and APIs.
• Collaborate daily with CV, AI, hardware, and backend teams.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights for athletes and coaches.
• Run cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, CV, cloud, and apps.
• Maintain plans, dependencies, milestones and communicate status and risk clearly.
