Nike's Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) group seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead enterprise data egress and reporting solutions, aligned with the MANA and SEC program roadmap. You’ll oversee SAP and non-SAP reporting delivery, coordinating with data and reporting product teams to drive scalable ERP ecosystem initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of confirmed experience in data engineering, product management, or leading reporting and analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of multifaceted leadership experience in leading cross-functional, analytical, and technical teams and enterprise-wide programs.
• Ability to lead impactful cross-functional teams and a track record of results across large, diverse teams.
• Clear, concise communication and interpersonal skills; meeting facilitation and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of product managers and analysts focused on SAP and non-SAP egress and reporting solutions.
• Drive requirements gathering for SAP and non-SAP reporting solutions.
• Lead design, development, testing, migration planning, and execution of data migrations for SEC releases.
• Make decisions on architecture, resourcing, timelines, testing strategy, and trade-offs.
• Identify data cleansing needs to provide clean data for the SEC landscape.
• Collaborate with SEC and non-SEC teams to plan and complete work together.
• Own and lead a multi-year product roadmap for the team's solutions.
• Partner with SEC Deployment and Environment teams to fit migrations into deployment strategies.
