Job summary

Singlewire Software in Madison, WI is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for InformaCast areas. You will bridge business strategy with technical delivery, partnering with engineering, design, and QA to ship capabilities that impact life-safety outcomes.

You will manage cloud and on-premises delivery, wearables, and enterprise tools while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to drive high-impact results and reliable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• 5+ years in a product-related role (Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Engineer transitioning to Product).
• Demonstrated track record of shipping production software and owning product areas end-to-end.
• Proven experience working directly within agile development teams alongside engineering, design, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agile engineering, QA, and product design teams to author user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate company strategy into prioritized multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Develop documentation, enablement tools, and beta programs to empower Sales, Support, and channel partners.
• Articulate strategy across organizational levels and drive consensus among priorities.
• Monitor adoption, retention, engagement metrics and participate in acceptance testing to validate value.
