Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a product-related role (PM, Technical PM, or engineer transitioning to PM).
• Proven track record of shipping production software and owning product areas end-to-end.
• Experience working directly within agile development teams with engineering, design, and QA.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss architecture, feasibility, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Execution: partner with engineering, QA, and design; write user stories; define acceptance criteria; manage backlogs; prioritize with sound reasoning.
• Customer & Market Discovery: conduct customer interviews and analyses to uncover real pain points during emergencies.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: own full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration; translate strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Deployment & Field Enablement: create documentation, enablement tools, and beta programs for Sales, Support, and partners.
• Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: articulate strategy and drive consensus among priorities.
