Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is seeking a Technical Product Manager III to lead the development of advanced technology solutions, shaping product strategy and driving engineering execution. This role sits at the intersection of cloud, automation, and AI, offering high ownership and visibility.

You will guide complex initiatives, collaborate across teams, and translate business challenges into scalable technical requirements, with a focus on impactful outcomes for enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of enterprise level products.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles from planning through delivery.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
• Build and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Leverage customer insights and data to guide decision making.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
