Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or related tech roles with proven shipped systems.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms via API.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, diagnostics, pharmacy); HIPAA exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate the operational platform roadmap into shipped systems; own solution design, sequencing, and delivery across key domains.
• Turn manual business processes into instrumented systems; replace spreadsheets and vendor portals with software.
• Write specifications for engineering builds, including data contracts and acceptance criteria.
• Run real flows end-to-end before and after releases; identify defects missed by automated tests.
• Own health of third-party integrations across clinical records, commerce, CRM, labs, and fulfillment providers; drive resolution when not working.
