Job summary

Granite Solutions Groupe, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead product initiatives for financial services clients. You will collaborate with product, design and operations to deliver innovative software that meets client needs.

You will translate business and user needs into stories, define acceptance criteria, and guide agile delivery from roadmap to launch. Wealth management background is a plus; strong communication with executives and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Proven experience as software engineer, data engineer or SDET.
Technical fluency to discuss architecture and trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and engineers.
Wealth management or investment services background preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, design and operations to deliver learner-focused features.
Define product scope and acceptance criteria; report user feedback.
Plan product development with engineering and design partners.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
Translate business and user needs into user stories and specs.
Drive Agile practices: backlogs, epics, features and stories.
Define objective success criteria.
