Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery, program management, or related roles within financial services or fintech.
• Experience supporting technology, platform, or product transformation initiatives.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, production-sensitive environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams with dependencies and tight timelines.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across technology, product, operations, and advisor-facing platforms.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver platform enhancements and rollouts.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and Product Engineering to align priorities.
• Support stabilization of a legacy platform with production-impacting issues.
• Contribute to multi-phase roadmaps including new product rollouts and migrations.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reports using Airtable or Jira.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and timely decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in time-sensitive environments.
• Support governance and reporting standards for transparent delivery.
• Assist with product launch activities, release planning, and user readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to analyze issues and drive improvements.
