Job summary

MasterControl is seeking a Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development and success of our technical enterprise SaaS products. You will define the technical vision, shape the roadmap, and align engineering initiatives with business objectives.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive market-ready solutions that improve compliance and quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development methodologies (Agile and Lean).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of developing and launching technical products in a fast-paced market.
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization; familiarity with data analytics and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core enterprise SaaS platform components.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional groups to gather technical requirements and feedback.
• Prioritize technical features based on feasibility, market needs, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical product documentation, including architecture diagrams and API specs.
• Oversee technical product development, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop technical positioning and go-to-market strategies.
