Job summary

MasterControl is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and success of its core enterprise SaaS platform components. You will define the technical product vision, align with engineering goals, and drive the roadmap while coordinating with customers and stakeholders across the organization.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize features, document technical specs, and monitor product performance in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management or a related field, building configurable enterprise solutions, preferably at a B2B SaaS or Life Sciences company.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and product development methodologies and processes, including Agile and Lean.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across an organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful technical products in a fast- paced, competitive market.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop technical product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

SUMMARY

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds may be required.
  • Standard office environment with potential for remote work.
