Job summary
Telnyx LLC is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to own how developers discover, build on and grow with our platform. You’ll lead a small, technically strong team across DevRel and PLG, own APIs, docs, sample apps and reference implementations, and work with product engineering to turn developer engagement into revenue.
This hands-on role requires deep engineering chops, product intuition and a passion for builder-centric growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Technical Product Manager shipping developer-facing software.
- Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on coding and debugging.
- Excellent judgment on APIs, tooling, documentation and onboarding.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, LLMs and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of product-led growth and developer acquisition.
- Ability to design and evaluate developer experiences and reference apps.
- Strong technical communication and ability to explain complex tech.
- Experience leading a small, highly technical team.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevRel and PLG teams to deliver production-quality sample apps.
- Own APIs, SDKs, docs and infrastructure that developers actually use.
- Turn developer adoption into revenue through measurable growth.
- Collaborate with product engineering to fix difficult issues.
- Architect AI-native growth workflows with Growth Eng and RevOps.
- Align developer journey from signup to production revenue.
