Job summary

Telnyx LLC is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to own how developers discover, build on and grow with Telnyx. You’ll lead a six-person team across DevRel and PLG, reporting to the COO, and will ship production-ready references, templates, and content while driving product-led growth and revenue.

The role requires a strong software engineering background, hands-on shipping experience, and deep understanding of developer tooling, APIs, onboarding, and AI-enabled growth.

Qualifications

• Our candidate has a strong software engineering background and hands-on product shipping experience.
• Experience as a Technical Product Manager or founder with responsibility for software delivery.
• Exceptional product judgment around developer tools, APIs, onboarding and usability.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, LLMs, cloud platforms, and real-time systems.
• Understanding of developer-led growth including activation, conversion and retention.
• Ability to work with AI agents, automation frameworks and modern developer tooling.
• Strong technical communication to explain complex tech and demos clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality sample apps, integrations, templates and references; publish on GitHub.
• Own PLG operations to move developers from signup to usage and revenue.
• Improve developer experience with APIs, SDKs, docs and infrastructure.
• Develop automated growth workflows with Growth Engineering and RevOps.
• Connect the developer journey from onboarding to revenue generation; drive adoption.
