In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing cutting-edge Revenue Growth Management solutions with enhanced AI capabilities. You will play an instrumental part in owning the technical functionalities of initiatives, leading data engineers, front end developers and collaborating with architects to drive the overall RGM solution while collaborating with business teams and stakeholders.
What This Team and Role Does:

  • This team is at the forefront of driving AI, data, and analytics across Mondelez. As a North America Trade Promotion Management Product Owner within the Mondelez Data & Analytics team, you will oversee the team as they work towards the following objectives:
  • Build/evolve tool and processes to ensure accuracy, robustness, and reliability of data in our solutions.
  • Develop/scale new capabilities through reusable data products in reporting for Trade Promotional Management and Event Analytics.
  • Create seamless user experience supported by automated dashboards tailored to different audiences/power users across multiple business functions.
  • Define and execute continuous improvement mindset on dashboards and data models based on insights from testing and user feedback.
  • Implement new RGM solution across our customer base to maximize joined growth.
  • Build tech-enabled AI products that enhance key RGM levers and provide new capabilities to our commercial organization.


What you will bring:

  • Experience working on teams to design and develop data models with high-quality data flow.
  • Passion for using data to drive business growth and be comfortable working with data in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with stakeholders between business and IT Data & Analytics functions.

Job specific requirements:

  • Oversee the day-to-day technical development of the solution, creating strong alignment in the working team to achieve goals.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for their team. Maintain a prioritized backlog, staying multiple sprints ahead of the team.
  • Define critical metrics that determine the success of your products and develop a deep understanding of your product's performance.
  • Validate the weekly progress of the technical teams and lead business user tests, ensuring product quality before the product gets into the hands of the internal customer.
  • Set detailed planning per initiative and help resolve any arising bottlenecks.
  • Lead iterative testing phases of the RGM solution, incorporating feedback and ensuring continuous learning for solution enhancement.


Good to Have Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience delivering transformational projects with solid change management requirements.
  • Knowledge of AI/data principles (e.g., ML algorithm selection, data architecture principles, familiarity with cloud technologies, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and monitoring AI models in production.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI or other EPOS/Retail Sales data source)
  • Knowledge of SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and best practices in data management, especially in the context of AI solutions.


Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.


Location: Fully Remote
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
