What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day technical development of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions, ensuring alignment within the team
- Translate user needs into functional requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog for the team
- Define critical success metrics and develop a deep understanding of product performance
- Validate technical team progress and lead business user tests to ensure product quality
- Lead iterative testing phases of the RGM solution to incorporate feedback and enhance solutions continuously

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning
- Experience working on teams to design and develop data models with high-quality data flow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business and IT Data & Analytics functions
- Passion for utilizing data to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering transformational projects with solid change management requirements
- Knowledge of AI/data principles and familiarity with cloud technologies
- Experience in setting up and monitoring AI models in production
- Working knowledge of syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI or other EPOS/Retail Sales data source)
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and best practices in data management
