Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA seeks a Technical Product Manager within Strategic Enablement Operations to lead digital product initiatives for Corporate Actions across the enterprise. The role blends Corporate Actions expertise with technical product management to shape roadmaps, drive enhancements, and guide system integrations with vendors and engineering.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred.
• Hands-on Corporate Actions processing experience and CA data knowledge.
• Strong technical product management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product management for strategic Corporate Actions products with cross-divisional impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure business outcomes align with value drivers.
• Coach product teams and support effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Promote consistent decision-making and strong business support across internal and external partners.
• Lead planning, development, and implementation of new technical products; define requirements and implementation plans.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously improve user experience.
• Influence business planning and prioritization efforts.
• Support engineering practices related to development, CI, and automated deployment.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
