You will drive the migration from legacy systems to Finxact, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external providers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or financial technology roles.
• Strong experience with banking core systems, including implementations or migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Finxact is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical components in large-scale migrations.
• Expertise in APIs, data flows, system architecture, and complex integrations.
• Knowledge of banking operations, payments, and settlement infrastructures.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and migration from legacy core to Finxact.
• Define API requirements, data flows, integration patterns, and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and external teams to ensure design, testing and deployment success.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across the platform.
