About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (Contract) to accelerate product development across our core digital patient experience. This role is perfect for someone who can comfortably shift between strategic product thinking, detail-oriented technical execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will lead the expansion of care navigation capabilities, optimize booking flows, manage third-party integrations, and improve cross-functional alignment through documentation, QA, and release planning.

You’ll serve as a technical and operational anchor between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical partners — with a particular focus on building scalable platform processes and improving usability, accessibility, and business logic across patient touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, development, and iteration of care navigation and booking flows across our web app, ensuring usability, coverage accuracy, and mobile compatibility.
  • Defining and refining technical requirements, aligning engineering tasks to the product roadmap, and managing sprint-level execution with QA oversight.
  • Acting as a technical liaison to key third-party platforms (e.g. Healthie, Penciled, Formsort), managing integration logic, API dependencies, and platform stability.
  • Partnering with Data and Marketing teams to implement segmentation logic for personalized messaging journeys (e.g. via Iterable) and to improve patient engagement and retention.
  • Making booking flow adjustments by editing logic and Typescript functions in Formsort — including rules for regional, contractual, and clinical availability as Origin expands into new markets.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests and growth experiments to drive conversion and optimize the patient experience in collaboration with Growth and Marketing.
  • Coordinating cross-functional product launches, ensuring internal documentation, training materials, and team communications are clear and up-to-date.
  • Serving as a technical point of contact for escalated support requests from Marketing and Product, triaging issues related to web functionality, API behavior, and third-party tool performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 6+ years of product management experience with a significant focus on technical platforms, internal tooling, and/or customer-facing web applications.
  • Deep familiarity with end-to-end product development processes, including roadmap creation, release cycles, QA workflows, change management, and technical documentation.
  • Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated environments is strongly preferred.
  • Adept at leading cross-functional software projects involving third-party vendors, APIs, and backend logic.
  • Strong communicator with a bias toward clarity, documentation, and alignment.
  • Can pair in real-time with engineers, designers, or AI tools (e.g., GPT-4) to debug, prototype, or validate ideas.
  • Proven track record supporting rollout of high-quality, data-driven product features across departments including clinical, ops, and marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Expertise in ClickUp or similar task management tool.
  • Experience implementing and interpreting multivariate or A/B tests designed to improve UX or conversion.
  • Prior success in fast-paced, growth-stage startup environments with low overhead.

The pay range for this role is:

2,750 - 3,250 USD per week (Remote (United States))
