Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to support our Cloud & Platform Security teams. You will partner with our Product team to deliver meaningful security outcomes and align with enterprise technology strategy.

You’ll drive stakeholder discovery, manage roadmaps, and enable engineering with clear priorities while navigating a matrixed organization. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in Product Management and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical background enabling conversations with customers and engineers.
Ability to measure product performance using data for improvements.
Experience in modern software development lifecycle and agile methods.
Experience building relationships with stakeholders and leading in matrix organizations.
Experience delivering cloud-based products/services and defining done.
Self-driven with the ability to work in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead customer and stakeholder discovery and partnerships.
Drive the management, socialization, and evolution of the product roadmap.
Enable engineering with clear direction and priority feedback.
Ensure end-to-end delivery of the roadmap across teams, managing dependencies and risks.
Align product strategy with the wider organizational goals.
Understand market trends and apply insights to the roadmap.
Build customer community and engagement for the product.
Champion customer successes across the team.
