Role Overview

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, ensuring continuous access to our cloud services. We seek talented individuals to join our diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, working on challenging problems to maintain safety, security, and efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal and external customers to understand electrical and power needs
  • Define product requirements, create vision, and develop roadmaps for electrical infrastructure
  • Coordinate with teams to develop business cases, prioritize products, and allocate resources
  • Drive improvements in electrical designs and communicate technical strategies to senior management
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to deployment and deprecation
  • Develop features and strategies to enhance profitability and application scope
  • Collaborate with leadership in a high-pressure environment, exercising sound judgment
Candidate Profile
  • Passionate about customer needs, product development, and infrastructure reliability
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills across multiple projects
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders across engineering, finance, and operations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and diverse perspectives
Qualifications
Basic
  • 3+ years in product delivery, technical program management, or related fields
  • 3+ years experience with mission-critical facilities or electrical hardware for data centers
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Preferred
  • Leadership in large-scale strategic initiatives in data center infrastructure
  • Advanced degrees (Master's, MBA)
  • Experience with business requirements documentation, manufacturing, liquid cooling solutions, electrical codes, and financial modeling
