Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to manage and groom feature/product backlogs.
• Experience leading project teams and managing a platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Backlog grooming and prioritization with cross-functional teams.
• Drive upstream deliverables: business cases, proposals, requirements, acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve risks, tradeoffs, and obstacles; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Promote quality through data-driven decisions and test plans for end-to-end coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support multi-year product roadmaps.
