Shutterfly is seeking a Product Manager to own backlog grooming, roadmap planning and cross-functional leadership. You will work with engineering, analytics, and product teams to prioritize features that maximize value and ensure quality across platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong experience with backlog management, and expertise in agile scrum. This position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to influence multi-year roadmaps.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Demonstrated backlog management ability.
3+ years leading project teams.
Experience managing a platform roadmap.
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with agile scrum to bring features to market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving for large scale systems.
Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
Experience managing teams through change.

Responsibilities

Backlog grooming and prioritization with cross-functional collaboration to inform execution.
Drive upstream deliverables: business cases, proposals, user requirements, acceptance criteria.
Identify and resolve risks, tradeoffs, obstacles; escalate to leadership when needed.
Leverage data to drive decisions and guide test plans for end-to-end coverage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support multi-year product roadmaps.
