Job summary

Society for Science & the Public is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to guide the development and delivery of complex technology products from concept through launch. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and drive AI/ML initiatives with API-driven data pathways.

You will report to the CTO, oversee end-to-end lifecycle for developer-focused tools, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across our platforms while collaborating with data, UX, and engineering

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise IT strategy and security implementations.
• Familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Zero Trust.
• Experience with Azure/M365 cloud security and hybrid infra management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management across scope, timelines, resources, and delivery.
• Serve as technical liaison translating requirements and communicating status, risks, and decisions.
• Provide SME on system architecture, design decisions, and API integration to guide product direction.
• Define and manage the product roadmap based on technical complexity and business value.
• Collaborate with data teams, vendors, and UX/UI designers throughout development lifecycle.
