Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business and customer objectives.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, and aerospace engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive Agile product development by managing the product backlog and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with program managers, quality assurance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive products to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on data and customer insights.
  • Support product launches, customer demonstrations, and technical presentations.
