  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams within a product development environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing electromechanical sensing, fluid systems, or electrical systems.
  • Proven experience leading products through the entire lifecycle—from concept, design, validation, and production to sustaining engineering.
  • Demonstrated success managing engineering project portfolios, multiple workstreams, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
  • Experience within the commercial and/or military aerospace industry, or designing products and systems that support the aerospace sector.
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments with familiarity with FAA certification requirements.
  • Strong background utilizing engineering design, analysis, and data‑driven problem‑solving tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.

  • Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies supporting the commercial and military aerospace industries
  • Long-term career growth with an established global manufacturing organization
Ideal Background

We’re looking for an engineering leader who has grown their career within aerospace manufacturing or organizations that design and manufacture products for the aerospace industry.
