Role Overview

J.Hilburn is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of innovative technologies that shape the future of our organization. In this role, you will drive the development and transition to our next-generation customer and order management iOS app, a mission-critical tool for our sales force. This application enables stylists to efficiently manage client profiles, record measurements, and place orders seamlessly.

As we migrate from a 15+ year legacy platform to a modern iOS solution, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition by overseeing development efforts, achieving feature parity, and defining the next set of enhancements to improve stylist efficiency and productivity

.Additionally, you will spearhead the next evolution of eCommerce at J.Hilburn, leading a core technical migration to a COTS SaaS platform. You will redefine our digital customer journey, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive the team to achieve them as we launch the next version of jhilburn.com.

This is an ONSITE position 4 days/week, Monday through Thursday, Fridays are remote.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for the next-generation iOS Stylist App and eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Oversee the migration from the legacy platform, ensuring a seamless transition with feature parity.
  • Manage the product backlog, balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategic goals.
  • Define and prioritize high-impact features that enhance stylist productivity and improve order management efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business teams to drive execution, and improve order entry efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track App adoption, efficiency, and overall impact

Feature Development & User Experience

  • Ensure the iOS App is intuitive, high-performing, and user-friendly, improving customer experience and productivity.
  • Oversee eCommerce enhancements, ensuring a frictionless customer experience on jhilburn.com.
  • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously refine and optimize the user experience.

Go-to-Market & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with training and support teams to drive smooth adoption of the iOS App among stylists.
  • Identify and address gaps in feature discoverability, and overall app usability.
  • Monitor post-release performance, proactively driving continuous improvements across both the iOS App and eCommerce platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders regarding both the iOS App and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Regularly present product updates, roadmap adjustments, and business impact insights to leadership.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user journey mapping, and sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel,
  • etc.).Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Shortcut, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across engineering, design, and business functions.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on iOS applications and eCommerce platform,

  • There is minimal anticipated travel required for this position.
  • Annual and Semi-Annual Company Conferences, usually in the DFW area
