Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field (CS/CE/SE).
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points.
• Translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend tech-driven solutions.
• Develop understanding of enterprise architectures, platforms, integrations, and dependencies.
• Create HLSDs, system flows, and technical documentation with architects and engineers.
• Own end-to-end initiative from discovery through design and delivery.
• Identify risks and remove blockers, ensuring testing readiness.
